She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Spain (Doug Spain); her grandson Dillon Spain of Southington; her son Ryan Siegel of Southington; and her siblings, Maureen Tosto of Middletown, James Delaney of Middletown, Michael Delaney of Middletown and John Delaney of Middletown.
Jackie was a cherished chef at the Alzheimer's Resource Center in Southington, where she poured her heart into every meal she prepared.
