He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wagner (Casale); his children, Elizabeth Lopez (Orlando), James Wagner, Jr., Vic Wagner and Jyllian Wagner; his brother Edward Wagner (Therese); and his sister-in-law Janet Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
