Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeffrey leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Adams Jr. and Patricia M. Griffin; and his siblings, Jason D. Adams and Meghan E. Adams. He is survived by: his uncle Paul Griffin (Jacqueline) of New Hampshire.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
