He is survived by: his mother Shirley Lepage; his father-in-law Greg Schienda of Southington; his father Gaetan Lepage (Phyllis) of Clearwater, Florida.; his brother Brandon Lepage (Jess); his nephew Paul of Meriden; his aunts, Marilyn Beaulieu of East Hartford, Debora Fitzgerald (Paul) of East Hartford, Donna Rich (Russell) of Farmington, Ramona Upson (Bob) of Windsor, Pauline Flynn (Peter) of Farmington and Yolanda Wettish (Robert) of Killingworth; his uncle Raymond Lepage of Groveton, NH.; his brothers, Jackie, Michele (Carly), Sean, Brian and Jamie; and his close friend Samantha Mazzocco.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Dominic Church (1050 Flanders Rd, Southington, CT 06489).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
