She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick B. Facius and Theresa (Krauth) of Middletown, CT.; her husband Walter Kordys; her sister Elizabeth Facius; and her daughter Kathleen Ann Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Isha Murphy (Rosanne) of Cromwell and Deborah Murphy of South Windsor; her stepson Paul Kordys of Groton; her stepgrandchildren, Christopher Kordys and Jennifer Kordys; her sister Mary Ellen Ellis of Haddam Neck; her daughters, Anne Ellis Ruzzante and Amy McDaniel; her brother Frederick Facius Jr. of Middle Haddam; her nieces and nephews, Mayanaura Facius, Anton Facius, Nina Bayer and Jule Facius; her grandchildren, Mariah, Adrian, Owen and Liam; her great grandchild Will; Maddie and Colin.
