She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Veronica Parciak (Juchniewicz); her husband Eugene R. Bystrak; and her brother Edward Parciak (Irene). She is survived by: her sons, Paul Bystrak (Carolyn) and Eugene Bystrak Jr. (Jill Corvese); her grandchildren, Alysson Campbell (Corte), Alex Bystrak, Kristina Bystrak and Tamara Bystrak (Divina Bystrak); and her great grandchild Xavier Campbell. She is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
