He is survived by: his children, Joseph F. Kuziak Jr. (Lynn) of Southington, Evelyn Fox (David) of Sandusky, OH, Charlene Walsh of Terryville, Jennifer Ritz (Robert Ritz) of Simsbury and Paul Kuziak (Soli) of Plantsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
