He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Sterling (Jeanette) of Southington and Michael Sterling (Iris) of Southington; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ali of California, Alexandria, Ramsey, Jessenia, Juliana, Jamillet and Natasha; his great grandchildren, Ava, Amelie, Isa, Zara, Cody and Josiah; and his brother John Stankoski (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
