She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Farley and Mary Farley; her husband Glenn Connolly; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Cindy; and her siblings, Joe, David, James Paul, Rosemary Farley, Paula Guthrie and Ann Farley.
She is survived by: her children, Peg Heretz (Dennis) and Timothy (Chris); her grandchildren, Mike Connolly (Ana), Tre, Bradan Graney, Kyle Connolly (Taylor), Dan and Abigail Connolly; her great grandchildren, Cannon, Paxton and Ryan Connolly; her sister Jane Phillips (Reed); and her daughter-in-law Betty Waluk Connolly. She is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
