He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Turgeon and Lucelia Turgeon (Nichols); his wife Pat (Brasile); his siblings, Marjorie Roth and Martin Turgeon; and his siblings-in-law, Loretta Turgeon, Joseph Bart and William Roth.

He is survived by: his daughter Denise Niland (Matthew) of Southington; his grandchildren, Tanner Niland and Rebecca Niland (Alex Iby); his siblings, Russell Turgeon of Newington and Agnes Bart of Farmington; his brothers-in-law, Stephen Brasile (Sheila) of Bristol and James Brasile (Elaine) of Newington; Rina, Nelson and Christine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
