We bid farewell to Laraine C. Lapreay of Southington, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 18, 2025 at the age of 80. Laraine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Laraine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Laraine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert A. Lapreay; her parents, Emanuel Maddalena and Anne Maddalena (Palmieri); her brother Anthony Maddalena; and her daughter-in-law Maria Lapreay.
She is survived by: her sons, John Lapreay of Fairfield and David Lapreay (Lara Nichols) of Bristol; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Joseph and Erica Lapreay.
