Lorraine Granitto Nucifora Obituary

We announce the death of Lorraine Granitto Nucifora of Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 81. Lorraine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Granitto and Catherine Granitto (Zappone). She is survived by: her husband Anthony S. Nucifora; her daughter Lisa Marie Constantino Bourassa (Michael) of Burlington; her brothers, Joseph Granitto (Leslie) of Watertown and Frank Granitto of Cheshire; her stepchildren, Salvatore Nucifora of East Hampton and Michelle Falco (Tony) of Floral City, FL.; and her stepgrandsons, Daniel and Jacob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (2324 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705).
