She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Battista and Catherine Battista (Sheridan); her former husband Andrew Gargano; her husband Anthony Ponzillo; and her siblings, Joseph "Buddy" Battista (Patricia), James Battista (Shirley), Arthur Battista (Joyce), Almond "Sonny" Provenzo (Marion) and Claire "Dolly" Voos (Carl).
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Gargano (Beverly) of East Haven, CT and Jeff Gargano (Linda) of Bristol; her stepson Ronald Ponzillo of Waterbury; her grandchildren, Joseph Gargano Jr., Danae Serio (Anthony), Paul Gargano (Ryan), Matthew Gargano (Whitney) and Michael Gargano (Janet); and her great grandchildren, Mia, Anthony Jr. and Enzo.
