She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Sullivan and Bridget O'Sullivan (O'Conner); and her siblings, Patrick O'Sullivan, Joan O'Sullivan and Eileen O'Sullivan.

She is survived by: her son John Haley (Mariana) of Southington; her grandson Anthony Noel Haley (Stacy Boccuzzio) of Middletown; her great grandchild Apollo Anthony Haley; her siblings, Daniel O'Sullivan (Kay) of County Kerry, Bridie Watson of London, England and Patricia Shea of Kenmare; and her goddaughter Jacqueline Serrano. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
