He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rabis and Helen Rabis (Gladke); his wife Joan Rabis (Rogozinski); his son Michael J. Rabis Jr.; and his siblings, Helen Bousquet, Jenny Jannetty, Joseph, William and Edward "Bob" Rabis.
He is survived by: his children, Darryl R. Rabis, Denise Rabis and Doreen Wright (Jeff); his grandson Jeffrey Wright (Deborah); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Lyndsey; and his sister Patricia Jannetty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
