He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce DellaVecchia (Badgley); his parents, Ralph DellaVecchia and Carmelia DellaVecchia (Simone); and his sister Adele. He is survived by: his sons, Darrin (Susan) of Wallingford, Daniel (Terri) of Southington, Douglas (Dawn) of Killingworth and Dean (Christine) of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Julie (Nicholas), Dominic, Joseph, Jacob, Katelyn, Luke and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Thomas and Kayden; and his brother William DellaVecchia (Pege). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home (211 N Main St, Southington, CT 06489). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
