It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma G. Bernier of Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reynold Bussiere and Lucienne Bussiere; her brothers, Richard and Robert Bussiere; and her grandson Spencer Costello.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Gerard Bernier Jr. (Coral), Michelle Costello (Timothy Dooley) and Chad Bernier (Jennifer Reardon); and her grandchildren, Mikayla Costello, Mackenzie Costello, Brandon Bernier, Evan Bernier, Logan Bernier, Dylan Bernier, Connor Reardon, Dylan Reardon and Rylee Reardon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
