He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Mazzone and Maryanne Mazzone (Nicoletti). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Mazzone (Jaeger); his daughters, Kayden, Madison and Emerson Mazzone; and his sisters, Alicia Prokop and Marissa Mazzone. He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
