He was predeceased by: his father Edward VanNesse; and his sister Dolores VanNess. He is survived by: his wife Karen VanNesse (Brunoli); his son Rodney R. VanNesse of Orlando, FL; and his siblings, Beverly Roberge of Bristol, Carol Welch of Bristol, Richard VanNess of Morris, CT, Edward VanNesse and Tony Carlo of Provincetown, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
