He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Curtis and Brian Curtis; his sister Cheryl Ivans; and his grandchildren, Jake Curtis, Dakota Curtis, Jared Curtis, Devon Curtis, Ashlyn Curtis, Spencer Curtis and Teagan Curtis.
