He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Welch (DellaVecchia); his children, Laura Welch of Southington, David Welch of Southington and Christine Welch-Meier (Kevin Meier) of Southington; his grandchildren, Tagan, Dawsen Welch, Adalain and Hartlee Meier; his sister Maureen Dewey of Alpharetta, GA; and his daughter-in-law Beth Welch.
