With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Veronica Mirisola Stanek of Southington, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis J. Stanek Sr.; and her parents, Cataldo Mirisola and Helen Mirisola. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kraut (Eric) of Belmont, VT, Susan Webber (Michael) of Pawling, NY, Maryellen Ciccio (Stefano) of North Port, FL and Amy Brown (Craig) of Marshfield, MA.; her siblings, Marion Manware (Gene) of Southington, Angela Ceruti (Joseph) of Chatham, MA., Jack Mirisola (Sharon) of Southington and Anthony Mirisola (Phyllis) of Torrington; and her grandchildren, Jack, Natalie Maurice, Laurence, Joseph, Veronica Webber, Megan Phelps (James), Albert Palumbo and Lucy Brown. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

“Ronnie's children, siblings, and families. We have suffered a great loss in our lives. Our Ronnie lived graciously with losses, but she also experienced great joy. Children, she loved through all your heartaches and accomplishments, and she once told me that her 5 years with Dennis were so happy that it made up for any less happy times. I knew from the day that New Britain girl walked into my classroom in school in those saddle shoes, I would have a good friend forever. Happy Heaven Ronnie”
