She was predeceased by: her parents, Volodymyr Zagulak and Eugenia Zagulak (Legenc); and her granddaughter Andriana Kiveliyk. She is survived by: her children, Olena Kiveliyk (Yulian) of Southington and Svyatoslav Vasilenko (Elena) of Southington; her grandchildren, Yulia Gorbachyk (Vitaliy) of Southington, Vladislav Kiveliyk (Taylor) of Southington, Yan Vasilenko of Southington and Lucas Kiveliyk of Southington; her great grandchild Arina Gorbachyk of Southington; and her sibling Myroslav Zagulak (Oksana) of Germany.
