It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Maguire of Southington, Connecticut, born in Mount Kisco, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Anne Marie Maguire (Toole); his parents, William J. Maguire and Nora E. Maguire (Dwyer); his sons, Dennis Maguire, Joseph Maguire and John Maguire; and his siblings, James Maguire and Margaret "Peg" Donnelly.

He is survived by : his children, Rev. William Maguire (C. P.) and Marianne Szarkowicz (Tom) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Michael, Andrea (Nick), Thomas and Mary; his daughter Susan Maguire of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Samantha, William, Joseph, Sean and A'leah; his daughter-in-law Christine Maguire of Naugatuck; his grandchildren-in-law, Jessica (Christian) and Ryan; his sisters, Kathleen DeMatteo (Carl) and Mary Finlay; and his siblings-in-law, Toni Maguire and Ray Donnelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
