She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Henry Smith; her parents, Dominic D'Agostino and Mary D'Agostino; and her siblings, Catherine Hayner and Lawrence D'Agostino (Frank P. Mondo).
She is survived by: her stepchildren, David Sewell Smith and Ruth Ann Green; and her brother Alexander D'Agostino. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
