He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevenson and Lee Stevenson; and his father-in-law Allen Whitehead. He is survived by: his brother John "Buck" Stevenson (Doug); his wife Gabrielle; his children, Kendall Capuzzi (Michael), Brett, Hailey and Kyle; his sister Joan Mcdonald (Don); his brother-in-law Marc Whitehead; and his mother-in-law Rosemarie Whitehead (Mimi).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Gary Sinese Foundation, as Doug was a true patriot who had deep admiration and love for our vets and our country.
