Nonnye Louise Wheeler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nonnye Louise Wheeler of Southport, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Nonnye shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nonnye farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Phillip H. Landers and Margaret Moore Landers; her spouse Wilmot F. Wheeler, Jr. (Wanda); her brothers, John Landers (Linda) and Dr. Charles Landers (Lu); James A. Wheeler (Karen), Susan C. Wheeler (Chris), Tracy Wheeler Lennon (Patrick) and Alexa M. Wheeler (William). She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
