It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy E. Bennett of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, born in Waterville, Maine, who passed away on September 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold T. Carter and Gladys E. Carter (Moshier). She is survived by : her husband Herbert H. Bennett, Sr.; her children, Herbert H. Bennett, Jr. (Laura), Bruce Bennett (Allison) and Donna Hnatiuk (Shanon Dore); her grandchildren, Corey Bennett (Jessica), Michael Bennett (Lindsay), Josh Hnatiuk, Jeremy Hnatiuk (Jade) and Madison Bennett; and her sister Rita Carter. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
