With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew K. Talbot of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Talbot and Aileen Talbot (McGuiness). He is survived by: his significant other Carole Walbert; his children, Katherine Young (Connor), Matthew Talbot (Merrik) and Carolyn Smith (Todd); the mothers of children, Gloria Orioles Talbot, Dorothy (Kenny), Bethany, Heather and Gina (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Charlotte, Samuel, Baby Talbot, McKenzie, Gavin, Tori, Maggie and Ryan; and his siblings, Tom, Mary Elizabeth (Rick), Ellen and George. He is also survived by his nieces; and countless friends and neighbors.
