He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert West, and Catherine West, Jr. (Schindler); his son Shawn West; and his brothers, Roger, Raymond and Ronald West.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn West (Hamer); his son Kevin West (Shelley); his grandchildren, Nicholas West (Samantha), Eric West (Danielle) and Melissa Wood (Keith); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Sloane, Sage, Jonathan Richard and Dean; his sister Roberta McKinney; and his close friend Rick Duquette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
