He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Smith and Geraldine Smith (Morrill); his wife Jean Smith (Gilman); and his son Patrick Smith. He is survived by: his son Michael Smith; his grandson Dakota Smith; his siblings, Chuck Smith, Rosemary Gagnon (Clifford), Dan Smith and Geraldine Smith; and his pets, Jack and Albert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
