She was predeceased by: her parents, Prokop Chilkovitch and Annie Chilkovitch. She is survived by: her children, William J. Collette II (Monica) and Sandra Collette (Stephen Clark); her grandchildren, Nicole Maines and William J. Collette III (Brittaney); and her great grandchildren, Collette, Rozalynn, Brock and Kane.
