She was predeceased by: her parents, Jospeh DeCarlo and Carmella DeCarlo; her husband Anthony; her brother Anthony N. DeCarlo; and her nephew Wayne DeCarlo.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Nelson (Eric) and Anthony M. Dastoli, Jr. (Lori); her grandchildren, Nicole Spoto (John) and Anthony Dastoli (Danielle); and her great grandchild John Michael Spoto, Jr..
