He is survived by: his wife Victoria Chavez; his daughters, Liliana Vallejos, Rosario Chavez, Patricia Chavez and Cristina Chavez; and his siblings, Rolando Chavez Zavala, Adolfo Chavez Zavala, Hernan Chavez Zavala, Judith Chavez Zavala, Elena Chavez Zavala and Edgar Chavez Zavala. He is also survived by grandchildren; and four beloved great-grandchildren.
