He was predeceased by: his father Frank Colello; his wife Rosemarie A. Colello; his son Jack A. Colello, Jr.; and his siblings, Anthony, Daniel, Louis, Mike, Frank, Yetta, Mary and Rose.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Conklin (Mickey) of Stamford; and his granddaughters, Melissa Townsend (James) and Candace Conklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that donations be made in Jack's memory to a charity of one's choice.
