Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Sherman of Stamford, Connecticut, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 66, on November 25, 2021. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adlyn Foster and William Lawrence Sherman; his wife Sara Woodward Sherman; his sons, John Peter Sherman, Jr. and Harry Woodward Sherman; his daughters-in-law, Sally Jackson Sherman and Michelle Miller Sherman; his grandsons, Jackson McMahon Sherman and John Peter Sherman Ill; and his siblings, William Lawrence Sherman, Jr., James Michael Sherman and Lynda Sherman Strand. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in John's memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Stamford Hospital.

For some reason he came to mind today so I looked him up and saw the news. A lot to be said about the power of memories and one’s spirit lasting forever.
