With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jordan Martinez (Stamford, Connecticut), who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Hubbard and Joevanie Martinez; and his sister Kayla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
