She was predeceased by: her father Chester Kurpiel. She is survived by: her mother Emily Kurpiel (Zajac) of Stamford; her husband Zygmunt Zajkowski; her children, Robert Zajkowski of Stamford, Laurie Musilli (Dominick) of Wilton and Suzanne Cartell (Evan) of Trumbull; her grandchildren, Juliana and Tony Musilli; her children, Harrison and Hannah Cartell; and her sisters, Kathy Adams (Elmer) of Trumbull and Teresa Sokolowski (Michael Hepp) of Naugatuck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
