He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Guidera and Robert Guidera; his wife Pam Sullivan; and his pets, Pearl, Chester, Eddy, Dexter, Sugar and Simon.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Maeve Guidera (Terence McAndrew), Brigid Nossek (Ben), Patrick, Kathleen, Hannah Murphy, Nick, Jordan, Madison Guidera and Andrew (Bethany); his sister-in-law Ann Sullivan; and his pet Moby.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mystic Funeral Home (51 Williams Ave, Mystic, CT 06355). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary Church (22 Broad St, Stonington, CT 06378).
