It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Chernushek of Storrs Mansfield, Connecticut, who passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As JoAnn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though JoAnn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy JoAnn leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Michael Chernushek; her brother Christopher Sarli (Jennifer); her nephews, Landon and Chris Sarli Jr.; her sister Nancy Coffey (Robert); her niece Kelly; and her cousin Susan Chase.
