He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Lewis; his daughter Jane; his son-in-law Ben Cornell of Hampton; his son John; his daughter-in-law Isabel Cummings of Middlesex, NJ.; his grandchildren, Scott Cornell of Hampton and Jennie Cornell; his great grandchildren, Dillon Cornell of Storrs, Devin Cornell of Storrs and Cheyenne McKenna of Hampton; his friend Karen Marie Smith; his caregivers, Audrey Daigle, Debbie Smith and Gail Charron; and also Barbara.
