He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Blodgett; and his daughter Jennilee Blodgett. He is survived by: his girlfriend Doreen Olsson; his girlfriend's daughter Cassandra Olsson; his father John Blodgett; and his daughter Brienna Blodgett (Julie Beardsley Blodgett).
To help create a lasting memorial for David, the family asks that in lieu of flowers friends consider contributing towards the cost of a headstone for his grave site.
