He is survived by: his children, Janet Burns of Cambridge, Massachusetts and Paul Aho; his daughter-in-law Elena Sevilla of Storrs, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Jason Burns (Bronia Clifton) of Cambridge, Massachusetts and Susana Aho (Jacob Roa) of Brooklyn; and his great grandchild Ripley Burns (Liam Gundlach) of Cambridge, Massachusetts..
