Anna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Kaplan; her parents, Nicholas Dolyak and Anna Dolyak (Strich); and her brothers, Michael, Andrew, Nicholas, John and Stephen.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kaplan (Cindy) of Stratford, Maureen Kubik (Joe) of Stratford and Beverly Kaplan of Stratford; her grandsons, Thomas Kaplan (Nestor), Chris Kaplan (Samantha) and Adam Kaplan (Krista); and her great grandchildren, Sienna, Mia, Kayla, Adam, Luca, Juan and Izzy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
