She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tates and Mae Tates (Novotny); and her sister Alice. She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Lombard; her children, Kathleen Russell (Jon) of Weston, Elizabeth O'Keefe of Amherst, NY and Robert P. Lombard (Dawn) of Stratford; and her grandchildren, Aaron Russell, Elise Russell, Alicia Mihaly (Matthew), Robert P. Lombard and Daniel Lombard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
