She is survived by: her children, Colleen Wendland (Thomas) and Michael Cooney of Stratford; her daughter-in-law Marissa Cooney of Stratford; her sisters, Carol Martin (Steve) of Shelton and Kathy Lombard (John) of Stratford; and her grandchildren, Michael Cooney, Megan Wendland, Evan Wendland, Taylor Cooney and Rodney Cooney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
