It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Gardecki Sr. of Stratford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Daniel leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Trudy Gardecki (Borner); and his parents, Stanley Gardecki and Josephine Gardecki (Gritsko). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Gardecki, Jr. (Carol) of Stratford and Joni Yale; and his sister-in-law Joan Duda (Jim) of Monroe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
