He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Kaputa Jr. and Mary Kaputa (Hmil). He is survived by: his daughter Natasha Valenti (BJ) of Bethany; his grandsons, Teddy and Tanner; his brother David Kaputa of Shelton; and his aunt Carole Kaputa.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adzima Funeral Home (50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford, CT 06614). A requiem service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
