He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Kirkham and Mary Anne Kirkham; and his sister Janet. He is survived by : his wife Phebe Weissner; his children, Phebe (Eric) and Jonathan (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Phebe, Graydon, Keaton and Katherine. He is also survived by family in Australia includes a niece, two nephews, and cousins.
