He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly Palazzo (Burnett); his parents, Frank and Loretta Palazzo (Murphy); and his daughter Cheryl Palazzo. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Madar (David) and Donna McDaniel (Allan); his brother Kenneth Palazzo; his grandsons, Michael Madar (Elizabeth) and Alex Marcus; and his great grandchildren, Katie and Jack Madar.
